Manoj Suvarna is the Country Head for HP StorageWorks Division (SWD) in India and oversees the product portfolio and market growth plans for India. He has been with HP for the past nine years and most recently served as Product Portfolio Manager for the WW Business Notebooks Team (PSG) in Houston, TX USA. His responsibilities spanned a $4B+ revenue mix of notebook products and included portfolio planning, commodity strategy, product positioning, complexity management and warranty enhancements to name a few.
Prior to this role Manoj was leading the volume direct business for SMB Americas where he was instrumental in driving improvements to the demand steering process and aligning order cycle times to SMB customer needs. Manoj has spent nearly 6 years in the Industry Standard ProLiant business in Product Marketing and has experience in the following disciplines: market research, strategic product planning and positioning, pricing, portfolio management, competitive analyses, sales forecasting, and outbound channel marketing of SMB programs and solutions. Manoj has an MBA in International Marketing from University of Memphis, TN and a BE in Production Engineering from University of Bombay, India. He was based in the US for the past 15 years and has been in the IT industry for nearly 12 years. He has been a Core Team Chair for IndusHP (HP Diversity Group for Asian Indians) based in Houston TX and plans to extend his involvement in Diversity programs within HP India.

Sunny John

Sunny John is the Country Manager for the Indian Sub-Continent. He is responsible for Quantum’s overall business operations in the region. In this role, he has successfully established an extensive network of VARs, distribution and other channel partners. A double graduate in Physics and Electronics Engineering, Sunny brings with him more than 16 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
Sunny joined Quantum in 2001 and was made responsible for driving the tape automation business in India. Having achieved all his business targets consistently, his responsibilities increased in 2004 to cover the tape drive business of Quantum as well. Starting his career in 1986 as a Sales Manager at American Components, Sunny excelled in his role in driving the company’s hard disk drive business in southern India. Three years later, he moved to join Spectra Innovations (a technology products distribution house) as their Regional Manager in charge of sales and marketing.
As country manager for M4Data, a company he joined in 1992, he particularly excelled in driving the tape drive business in India. When Quantum acquired M4Data in 2001, Sunny too moved to join the company as its new country head and has been with the company ever since.

Sharad Srivastava

Sharad Srivastava is chairman for the Governing Council of Storage Networking Association of India (SNIA). He directs the marketing activities of SNIA in India as well. He is also Director of Sales (India & South Asia) for Western Digital. Having joined Western Digital in September, 2005, Sharad will be based in India. His key responsibility is to oversee the company's business, marketing and customer support activities within India and South Asia to deliver reliable solutions to the country's growing storage-needs.
Sharad has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry especially storage. Prior to joining Western Digital, he was associated with Seagate Technology for 14 years where he served in various capacities including head of Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing and Country Manager for Seagate India from 2000 to 2005. In his formative years, Sharad was associated with HCL India R&D for six years and was responsible for peripheral diagnostics, controller design and product evaluation.
Sharad holds an MBA (International Marketing) from Oklahoma City University, USA and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Electronics & Telecommunication from Kurukshetra University, India.
